Become a student ambassador
Participate collectively as part of the student union at your college or University or apply on an individual basis in partnership with ACLT and help save lives.
We need you
As a Student Ambassador for ACLT, you will play a key role in our mission to diversify the donor registers. You’ll lead efforts at your university or college to raise awareness, recruit stem cell, blood and organ donors, and organise fundraising events.
There will be opportunities to collaborate with other student groups, to spread the word and help us to advocate for the many patients that we support.
What's involved?
- Establish and Lead: Create and develop a ‘committee’ at your university or college to support ACLT’s mission.
- Organise Events: Plan and deliver quarterly donor recruitment drives between February and December, plus one fundraising event during the academic year.
- Collaborate: Build partnerships with other student unions and local communities to raise awareness of blood cancers and blood disorders and promote ACLT.
- Training: Attend an initial Student Ambassador induction and participate in annual refresher training.
What you can expect from ACLT
