David Bromfield completes RideLondon for the ACLT
Ford’s RideLondon is the world’s greatest festival of cycling giving you the rare chance to enjoy riding a range of distances on traffic-free roads throughout London and into the beautiful Essex countryside. The event inspires tens of thousands of people to get onto their bikes, to cycle more often and to take fewer trips by car.
This year David Bromfield a longtime supporter of the ACLT decided to ‘pick up his bike and go for it’ as one supporter put it, to raise funds for the ACLT. Encouraged by our life-saving work to make sure that no one dies without their donor match, he has currently reached 83% of his goal.

David isn’t stopping here, in September he will be taking part in the 2-mile Serpentine Swim for ACLT in London’s Hyde Park. The race has three options, from a half mile to two miles and is in open water. We couldn’t appreciate more David and his efforts to support our cause. You can choose to fundraise however you like, from a bake sale to a marathon – every contribution and effort is appreciated.
