Keys or coffee just launched!
It all starts with one simple question: Would you swap your coffee for the chance to own a home?
Welcome to Keys or Coffee — the UK’s first interactive property prize draw, founded by TV property expert Stuart Douglas from hit Channel 4 shows, Worst House on the Street, Can’t Sell Must Sell and George Clarke’s Flipping Fast.
We’re here to shake up the world of property. To make homeownership accessible, meaningful and exciting! And powered by you — the people.
What We Do
For just the price of a coffee (£3), you could win a fully renovated home. But here’s the twist: you design it. Each week we launch a “Choose-day Poll” on social media — and the public votes on real design decisions: Kitchen colour or layout? Bathroom fittings or flooring style? Garden landscaping or lighting?
Your votes shape the home. Your choices make it real. And when it’s finished — one lucky winner gets the keys.
Why We’re Different
We’re not just another prize draw.
We’re a social movement that builds homes with purpose.
- Authenticity — Fronted by Stuart Douglas, a trusted face in property, with national TV recognition.
- Participation — The only property prize draw where the public designs the home.
- Purpose — Every entry supports our partnered charities, meaning each and every entry counts for something bigger.
Our People. Our Partners. Our Power.
We’re backed by a powerful network of creators, charities, and everyday people who believe in doing things differently.
From Stuart & Scarlette Douglas to Jeff Brazier, Bayo Akinfenwa, Stevo the Madman, Scott DIY, and charities supported by Keys or Coffee including the Pink Ribbon Foundation, ACLT, and Mary’s Meals, we’re turning design choices into real-world impact.
Our community reaches over 3 million followers across the UK and we have no intention of stopping there!
The Bigger Picture
Our mission is to become the nation’s favourite property prize draw — and not just because we give away homes. We want to build something that connects people. Where every vote, share, and post becomes part of a national conversation. Where home design and public participation become one. And where your coffee might just change your life.
Join the Conversation
